    Her career before Thrive includes strategic business development in the private sector and inward investment in the public sector with a focus on environmental strategy and commercial growth.

  • Claire Kennedy, Associate Director

    Claire’s pragmatic approach keeps material social factors front and centre. She is dedicated to helping businesses make a positive impact through ESG.

  • Dominic Gurvic, Analyst

    Dom helps clients to capture data (e.g. surveys for materiality assessment) relating to their stakeholders and business which he converts into insights which inform ESG strategy. He is able to communicate complexity in terms we can all understand.

    Physics with a range of developed skills in programming, data analysis and machine learning.

In early 2023, we formed a partnership with leading Scottish law firm Burness Paull LLP.
